The translation order shall contain the following data:
exact correspondence address (and also an invoice address if it is different from the correspondence one),
contact details of the ordering person;
specification of translation or localization services,
required or agreed completion deadline for translation or localization,
purpose of the required translation (especially in case of texts intended for public presentation or publication),
other requirements concerning text editing (required types of checking and proofreading),
requirements concerning graphic layout of the text,
contact person that can be consulted for technical terminology and abbreviations
Translation service
A) e-texts,
send them over together with your requirements via e-mail. Upon receiving them we will send you a cost and term estimate for your translation project. You can pay for our services in any way you find convenient. By the agreed-upon deadline you receive the translation in the form stipulated in your requirements;
B) printed texts (books, brochures, A3/A4 format sheets),
send them over together with your requirements by regular mail. Our manager will get in touch with you to discuss the details of your order. Upon specifying all the details we will send you a cost and term estimate for your project. You can pay for our services in any way you find convenient. By the agreed-upon deadline you receive the translation in the form stipulated in your requirements;
C) audio and video media,
we can provide both translation and interpreting (recorded on audio and video media) of their content, for which, due to the specific nature of each text, fixed prices are not possible. Send your materials over by mail (e-mail). Our manager will get in touch with you to discuss the details of your order. Upon specifying all the details, we will send you a cost and term estimate for your project. You can pay for our services in any way you find convenient. By the agreed-upon deadline you receive the fulfilled translation order in the form stipulated in your requirements;
D) personal and corporate websites,
just give us the web address of your resource and your requirements. Upon receiving them we will send you a cost and term estimate for your project. You can pay for our services in any way you find convenient. By the agreed-upon deadline you receive the translation in the form stipulated in your requirements.
• Proofreading and editing
To have a translation extra proofread and edited at HQ-translate send it to us via e-mail or regular mail. Upon receiving it, we will send you a cost and term estimate for your project. You can pay for our services in any way you find convenient. By the agreed-upon deadline you receive your order in the form stipulated in your requirements. Note: basic proofreading is already included into translation project.
• Terms of payment
You can make payments for our services via bank transfer, credit card, the Western Union system, postal money transfer or Internet payment systems (PayPal, Moneybookers).

We are sure to consider all your wishes concerning the style and terminology of the translation. Please, check the correctness of your materials: grammatical mistakes in the source text may entail lack of lexical and stylistic accuracy in the translation.

On demand we can deliver translations in the one-to-one format, that is in complete correspondence with the original format when all tables, drawings, etc. are preserved in the translation just as they appear in the source text. We support all major file formats.
